We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, they assisted us with our bags and provided timely transfers to and from the airport, making our trip stress-free. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, where we could order an omelette to our liking. the service and attention to detail here were top-notch.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

My recent stay at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. the location was convenient for my business meetings nearby and the room was clean and cozy with a great shower. the breakfast was included and I could order omelettes made to my liking. the restaurant served good quality food. the hotel offered excellent security and facilities for disabled guests in terms of accessibility.

The staff was exceptional, from reception to restaurant to cleaning. They helped with bags and the transfer from the airport was hassle-free. The room was comfortable, with a great shower and firm bed. The breakfast was delicious with the option to order an omelette.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality I received from the staff. The cleanliness of the room and the common areas was remarkable. I also liked the variety of options available for breakfast.
One negative experience I had was the slow response time of the room service. It took longer than expected for my food to arrive.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, with easy access to most attractions. the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and addressed all our needs. the room was spacious and well, equipped with modern facilities. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar and the stunning views of the city.
The hotel fell short of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, and the bathrooms were not well, maintained. the breakfast buffet was sub, par, with limited options, and the quality of the food was not up to par.
